Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (UK): 5-8 business days
- International Shipping: 5-8 business days depending on destination
International Orders We ship to selected international destinations. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Supporta is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at orders@supportastore.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
