What types of back support products does Supporta sell?

Supporta offers a range of back support products designed specifically for desk workers — including lumbar support braces, posture correctors, and seat cushion supports. All of our products are built for all-day comfort during office and WFH use, so you can wear them throughout your entire workday without discomfort.

What sizes are available?

Our back supports are available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL. Each product page includes a full size guide with measurements so you can find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort during long sitting sessions.

Are your products suitable for both men and women?

Yes — all Supporta products are unisex and designed to work with a wide range of body shapes. The adjustable straps and flexible materials ensure a comfortable, secure fit regardless of build.

Can I wear a Supporta brace under my work clothes?

Absolutely. Our back supports are designed to be slim and discreet enough to wear under a shirt or blouse. The breathable fabric keeps the profile flat so it won't be visible through most work attire — perfect for office environments.

How much does delivery cost?

Yes, you read that right — delivery is completely FREE, no matter where you are in the world. No minimum spend, no hidden fees, no nasty surprises at checkout. Just free delivery, every single time. Because great back support shouldn't cost you extra to arrive at your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery takes 5–8 working days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Absolutely — we ship worldwide. Whether you're in London or Los Angeles, Sydney or Stockholm, Supporta has you covered. We deliver to 60+ countries so your back gets the support it deserves, wherever you're working from.

What is your returns policy?

We don't offer standard returns, but we want every customer to be happy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of ordering and explain your situation. We'll review it and, where appropriate, issue you a full refund. No need to send anything back. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

We're really sorry if this happens. Please contact our team at orders@supportastore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We'll send you a free replacement or full refund immediately, no need to return the faulty item.

Using Supporta

How long should I wear my back support each day?

We recommend starting with 2–4 hours per day for the first week as your body adjusts to the support. From week two onwards, you can comfortably wear it throughout your full workday. Avoid wearing it overnight — your back benefits from unrestricted movement during sleep.

How do I clean my Supporta product?

All Supporta products can be hand washed in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron. Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Regular cleaning keeps the fabric fresh and extends the life of your support.

Can I wear it while moving around the office or working standing up?

Yes — our back supports are flexible enough for light movement including walking, standing, and gentle stretching. They're not designed for heavy physical activity or exercise, but they're perfectly suited to the natural movement of a typical office day.

Will I become dependent on wearing a back support?

This is a common concern, and a fair one. Used correctly, back supports are a tool to help retrain your posture — not a crutch. Will Supporta cure my back pain?

Supporta is designed to significantly reduce and manage back pain caused by prolonged sitting — and the majority of our customers notice a real improvement within the first 1–2 weeks. However, we always recommend combining your support with regular movement, stretching, and an ergonomic desk setup for the best long-term results. If you have severe or persistent pain, please see a healthcare professional.

Is Supporta suitable if I have a diagnosed back condition?

Many customers with conditions such as sciatica, herniated discs, and scoliosis find our products helpful for daily comfort. However, we strongly advise consulting your GP, physiotherapist, or specialist before use if you have a diagnosed spinal condition, as individual needs vary significantly.

What else can I do to reduce back pain at my desk?

Great question. Alongside wearing your Supporta, we recommend: adjusting your chair so your feet are flat on the floor and your screen is at eye level; taking a short movement break every 45–60 minutes; doing 5 minutes of light stretching in the morning and evening; and staying hydrated throughout the day. How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most customers feel an improvement in posture and a reduction in end-of-day back fatigue within the first week. Longer-term pain relief typically builds over 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Results vary depending on the severity of your back pain, your desk setup, and how often you wear the support.
