Refund policy

No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@supportastore.com. We may request photo evidence of the issue. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with our supplier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
